This piece was delivered to author Ned Rust ahead of his book "Patrick Griffin’s Last Breakfast on Earth" published in Fall 2016. Bun Bun is one of the characters in the book. I had much inspiration from the large number of jackalopes (bunnies) I see on my evening walks in Balboa Park, in San Diego.
